Connect a TV with a code or a sign-inThe TV shows a short code: enter it in your portal. Or sign in on the TV itself with your login and choose its location, and it waits in your portal until you or an installer set it up.
Horizontal or verticalEach screen can run in landscape or portrait. Your files and playlists are labelled horizontal or vertical, and you are warned when a file will not fit its screen.
Team logins with rolesAdd staff as a manager, an editor, an installer or a viewer. Editors work on content, installers set up screens and can add files and playlists (but not delete anything), viewers can only look, and managers also manage screens and the team.
Two-step sign-inAdd an authenticator-app code to any login for extra protection.
Live updatesChange things from any phone or computer. Screens that are online follow, usually within seconds.

Try it before you pay
Every new customer gets one trial of 30 days. There is no permanent free plan or free screen, and no card is needed to start.
1. Request it
Send the request form. We create your private portal login and contact you with it, using the email or phone number you gave. Sign-up is not instant, because an account has to be set up first.
2. Connect a screen
Open the player page on a screen and enter the code it shows in your portal. The 30 days start when your first screen is activated, and your portal shows the time left.
3. Subscribe, or pause
If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, your screens pause and show a message. Your files, playlists and settings are not deleted, and your screens start again when you subscribe. A trial cannot be repeated on the same account.
What your screens need
The player runs in a web browser, so compatibility depends on the screen or device.
Browser and internet
A modern web browser with JavaScript, an internet connection, full-screen display, and the ability to play videos on their own. Videos play without sound. The device must be kept awake, and the player page opened again after a restart unless the device opens it automatically.
Compatibility
The player has been tested in desktop browsers. We do not yet publish a list of tested TV models, so please check with us before you buy a screen or player. A Samsung TV app and dedicated players are planned, not available yet.
If the internet drops
A screen that is already playing keeps going through a short outage, using files its browser has stored. This is not guaranteed, especially for large videos. If the page is reloaded or the device restarts while offline, it cannot start until the internet returns. Full offline storage is planned.

How is the price worked out?
What if I have more than 20 screens, or several locations?
We'll put together a custom quote. Tell us how many screens and where, and we'll come back with a price.
Can I add or remove screens later?
Yes. Your monthly price simply follows the number of screens you have.
Do I need special equipment?
A screen needs a modern web browser and an internet connection. Compatibility depends on the model, so please check with us before you buy anything. Screens without a suitable browser can use a streaming stick or mini PC, which we can quote.
What does the monthly price include?
Platform access: your private portal, uploads, playlists, scheduling, live status and uptime, and team logins. Each account has 5 GB of file storage, shared by all its screens (not 5 GB per screen). Hardware, installation, on-site work and content design are not included.
Are there any extra costs?
The per-screen price covers the platform. Players, installation and on-site work depend on your space, so we quote them separately.
